Phased remodels are a different story. If your project is demo one week, plumbing and electrical rough-in the next, inspections after that, and finish work weeks later, ordering and returning a 7-day dumpster multiple times adds up in delivery trips and gaps where you have no container on site. In that case, ask about our monthly options — the dumpster stays put through the whole project instead of coming and going. If you know your timeline will run past a week but not the full month, we can also extend a rental: 10 days adds $60, 14 days adds $120, and additional single days run $15-20 each.

A 20-yard roll-off dropped on a driveway for a week or more is worth protecting, especially with a busy remodel crew walking materials in and out.
