Delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of debris are included on standard rentals.

A 20-yard roll-off handles the vast majority of residential jobs — full garage cleanouts, kitchen demolitions, large estate cleanups, and most single-room renovations. It holds roughly 7–8 pickup-truck loads of debris and fits on most residential driveways. KYN rents the 20-yard size exclusively to keep pricing simple and predictable.

Yes — same-day delivery is available in most cases across North Port, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Punta Gorda, and Arcadia. Call (561) 878-1535 before noon to maximize the chance of same-day. Bookings placed online after hours are typically delivered the next morning.

KYN serves North Port (home base) and Port Charlotte at the base rate. Surcharges apply for Punta Gorda (+$10), Englewood (+$15), and Arcadia (+$25). Need delivery beyond our main service area? Most household and construction debris is allowed: drywall, lumber, flooring, furniture, appliances (with a small fee), cardboard, yard waste, and roofing materials. Concrete and sod require a separate half-load rental. Prohibited: hazardous waste, paint, oils, batteries, tires (without add-on), refrigerators with refrigerant, and anything banned by Florida landfill rules.

KYN's standard rental period is 7 days, included in the base price. Need more time? Extra days are $20 each for residential and $15 each for contractor rentals. For tight timelines, the 24-hour quick rental at $299 is a faster, cheaper option for small jobs.

If the dumpster sits on your private driveway, no permit is required in North Port or surrounding Charlotte and Sarasota County cities. If it must be placed on a public street or in a right-of-way, the homeowner is responsible for getting the permit from the local code-enforcement office. Permits typically take 1–3 business days.

For larger jobs, yes. A 20-yard KYN dumpster costs $485 and holds about 7–8 pickup loads — equivalent to $60 per load. A typical 1-800-JUNK truck charges $400–$650 per full truck load (~3 pickup loads). For projects bigger than a single truck load, a dumpster is usually 40–60% cheaper.

A 20-yard roll-off is physically rated for up to 6 tons. KYN includes 2 tons in the base rate; overage is $90 per ton for residential and $80 per ton for contractor rentals. Roofing dumpsters include 3–4 tons. Concrete and sod loads max out at 5 tons due to weight density.

KYN delivers and picks up seven days a week, 8am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday calls go directly to the owner. Online booking is available 24/7 and orders placed overnight are typically delivered the next morning. There's no weekend surcharge.

Yes. KYN Hauling LLC carries commercial general liability and auto insurance and is registered with the US Department of Transportation under USDOT #3973563. Proof of insurance is available on request for property managers, HOA contractors, and any commercial customer who needs it before delivery.

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before scheduled delivery are free. Within 24 hours, the fee is $50. Same-day cancellations are $200 to cover routing and dispatch. Rescheduling at no charge is usually available — just call as early as possible.

A roll-off can occasionally leave marks on asphalt, especially in hot Florida weather. KYN recommends placing two 2x10 boards under the rails as protection, which we'll do on request at no extra charge. Concrete driveways are generally fine. KYN is not liable for normal placement marks but takes care to minimize them.

Florida DOT rules prohibit hauling debris piled above the dumpster rim — it becomes a road safety hazard. If the dumpster needs to be re-leveled or partially emptied before pickup, the fee is $150. To avoid this, keep contents below the top rail and call for a swap-out if you're filling up early.

Yes. KYN accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfer, business check, cash, and Zelle. You can pay securely online when you book by credit card or ACH bank transfer with no processing surcharge, or pay on delivery by card, check, cash, or Zelle. Payment is due at delivery unless you hold an approved contractor account. Net-15 / Net-30 contractor accounts are available on request.

A roll-off dumpster is a large rectangular container delivered by a specialized truck that tilts and rolls the dumpster onto the ground via wheels and rails — hence the name. The truck returns later, hooks onto the dumpster, and rolls it back up onto the bed for hauling. Roll-offs are the standard for construction, renovation, and large cleanout jobs.
