KYN Roll-Off Dumpster Rental is operated by KYN Hauling LLC (USDOT #3973563), a locally owned roll-off dumpster rental company serving North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and Arcadia, Florida. This policy covers kyndumpsterrentals.com and any related booking, billing, or messaging systems we use to serve customers.

Information we collect

When you book a dumpster, request a quote, or contact us, we may collect:

• Name, delivery address, phone number, and email address
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
• Details about your rental — dumpster type, drop-off/pickup dates, and any add-ons

Text messaging & mobile information

If you provide your mobile number, KYN Hauling LLC may text you about your rental — delivery confirmations, pickup reminders, billing questions, and post-job review requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies by rental activity. Message and data rates may apply. How we protect your information

Payment is handled through an industry-standard, encrypted payment processor. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to fulfill your rental — Robert and his dispatch team. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP, or by calling (561) 878-1535. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
