KYN Roll-Off Dumpster Rental (KYN Hauling LLC, USDOT #3973563) offers SMS text messaging to customers who provide a mobile phone number when booking a rental, requesting a quote, or contacting us. Messages may include: booking confirmations, delivery and pickup scheduling, billing questions (such as overage or extra-day charges before they're applied), swap/extension check-ins, and — after your rental is complete — a one-time request to leave us a review.
By providing your mobile number when you book, request a quote, or otherwise contact KYN Hauling LLC, you consent to receive text messages related to your rental at that number. Consent to receive texts is never required as a condition of renting a dumpster from us — you can always call (561) 878-1535 instead. No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your rental activity — typically a handful of messages across the life of a rental (confirmation, delivery, a mid-rental check-in if needed, pickup, and a single post-job review request). We do not send recurring marketing texts.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. KYN Hauling LLC is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
Reply STOP to any text from KYN Roll-Off at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in or contact us directly. You can also opt out by calling (561) 878-1535 or emailing [email protected].
